Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This workshop aims to highlight how artistic expression becomes a form of survival and self-care, helping trans and non-binary people live authentically and tell their stories. This session will feature the voices of trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive mental health providers, talking about the role music, writing, fine art, makeup, fashion/styling, performance, or dance plays in our journeys of self-discovery, commitment to self-care, and survival in a world still learning about the gender spectrum. This session presents strategies for incorporating artistic forms of expression into our work with trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive youth in an effort to help affirm who they are and guide them in finding their voice.
